Pick My pad managed my rental homes for many years and when I chose to sell them both they did all that for me too. They were efficient and friendly and I literally left everything to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their house.

Hi, I'd just like to say a massive thank you to Danielle, Adam, Lisa, who have been to mine today regarding my emails, and repairs etc. It works both ways when complaining or should I say having manic outbursts, so in regards to their help and the work Adam has done, I'm over the moon! They have restored my faith in people, so thank you so much.
I've also sent a email to my landlord, letting him know how professional Adam is at the jobs he has done here. He just got on with it and it's a job well done so again thank you.

Just had a boiler replacement in one of my properties, Lisa could not have been more helpful. She got quotes, questioned them to find out exactly what the works covered, and gave very thoughtful advice. With no disrespect intended to letting agents, I've used quite a few in the past that would get a single quote, not question it at all and then be surprised if the landlord started asking questions. This type of situation is a 3 way partnership, and the agent needs to ensure its win:win for everyone. The guy that got the work gave a competitive quote and clearly had done a good job in suggesting an appropriate boiler. Thanks Lisa, good job.
