Daniella is the Branch Manager for Mistoria Estate Agents in Salford. Daniella brings a wealth of knowledge to the business from 14 years experience in the property industry.

Daniella’s three key skills are:

  3. Lettings and Sales management both residential and HMOs

When Daniella is not in work, she enjoys spending time with her children and seeing the great outdoors!

Lisa McNamara 
Property Manager

Lisa has been managing properties for over 20 years, both in the UK and Portugal. She has worked in residential, tourist and now HMO.

Michelle Saunders
Sales Negotiator

Michelle has six years sales and lettings experience for a small independent estate agents.

She loves the challenge of the whole process of sourcing vendors and landlords and building a great relationship right through to completion. She’s keen to progress in my role and be the best she can be.

Michelle has a BA in Fine Art and a National Diploma in Art and Design. She loves design through art mediums.

Michelle has studied practical Philosophy for around seven years which she finds really interesting. She also meditates daily which provides her with a peaceful strength in a stressful world. She’s also a complete bookworm and loves a bit of Netflix.

Michelle spends time with her grandchildren at the weekends and going on lovely walks with her dog.

Michelle has always had an interest in property and can honestly say she loves her job!

Alexis Cullen
Admin Assistant

Alexis is currently completing her Level 2 Business Administration Apprentice within the Pick My Pad branch.

She is very eager to learn the role and hopes to progress onto achieving ARLA qualifications.

In her spare time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her friends and family and making memories.

Sean has worked in the property industry for a number of years, in commercial, residential, land and as a property auctioneer. Working both in private treaty and investment sides of the industry for some of the most successful multi-disciplined practices in the North West.

He now brings that experience to Mistoria working both in Manchester and Liverpool.

Looking at land, property and joint venture opportunities within the property sector.

When not working Sean likes going to the gym, taking his dog out and going on holiday somewhere warm.

Lauren Oliphant
Lettings Associate

BTEC (Distinction) in IT and Catering and Hospitality

Level 2 and Level 3 in Business Administration

Currently working towards Level 3 in Property Lettings Management

Lauren has four years experience in the industry, covering all aspects of lettings and property management, including HMO properties, student lettings and block management.

She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, provides excellent customer service, and good IT knowledge, including Excel.

Her responsibilities at Mistoria include overseeing the day to day management of the branch lettings department, including tenancy paperwork, certification, maintenance and liasing with clients.

Outside of work, she relaxes by going to a variety of shows, travelling and spending time with her family.
