I am an experienced sales & lettings professional with over 20 years of working in all aspects of the sales/lettings process, new build and off plan developments, student housing, shared ownership properties and property management.

I believe in excellent customer service and communication both of which are paramount in the property business, I want to make a difference in how your property is managed/sold or how you invest in your portfolio.

Being Propertymark (ARLA) qualified ensuring that I remain up to date in a quickly changing market.

I started my career in a commercial surveyor’s learning the ropes of sales/lettings & property/block management. After several years of learning the trade, I then created an acquisition side of the business that specialised in selling off market investment which became very successful.

I then got head hunted by a large Manchester firm, during my term there my main role was commercial & residential sales & acquisitions. Throughout my time in Manchester, I worked on a lot of high-quality stock and large developments, so I am very confident in all aspects of sales.

I have now worked in the property industry for circa 8 years, I have been involved in all aspects of estate agency which gives me the capability to assist in a variety of fields.

Commercial & residential sales/lettings, property & block management, acquisitions, valuations & building relationships with all clients. I additionally have the drive to succeed and will do everything I can to make the business successful.


I am a huge Rugby League & Bradford Bulls fan, I love travelling and exploring new places, I also love going out trying new restaurants and bars.

I started my career in retail and learnt that building relationships was key to running a successful business at the time property was my interest and hobby so meant moving into the property industry was a natural progression for me. I have now over 10 Years property experience I have always been a branch manager and completed my own valuations as that’s the part of the job I love, I have also held a senior management role and always turned every branch I have been apart of into a profitably business. Key skills in areas such as property sales/lettings valuations, Sales/property progression, property management, staff training, building relationships with all clients and brand promotion. 

Key Skills: Customer service focus, Keen eye for detail and passionate for the job I do with a wining mentally.

Interests: With being an ex professional Rugby player I have a Keen interest in all sport but rugby in particular I also have a passion of watching my son develop his football career and in my spare time enjoy spending this with my children on family days out.
